Hi All,

Apart from Andrew Lo being delayed by traffic (because of the marathon) and as a result, and having to reverse the sequence of the main demonstrations by Andrew Lo and Xiuying Chen, the programme ran very much to plan.

We estimate that about 160 paintings were given away during the event, and the 2 main demonstrations were well attended and appreciated by the crowd. I attached some photos taken during the event.

The Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority expressed that the visitors to the Garden enjoyed our demonstrations, our paintings looked beautiful, and that once again it has been a pleasure to have our society visit the Garden. It was very good for them to serve us lunch and mooncake after the event and I have expressed our appreciation and thanks on behalf of all of us.

I think every member of the society that took part had a good time and I would like to thank them all, especially to Andrew and Xiuying for their solo demonstrations, Christine for the impromptu commentary to support Xiuying's demonstration, and Mike for carving a rabbit on the moon seal for the event.
