Dates to put in your diaries

Carlingford Village exhibition
The date for the Carlingford Exhibition has been set for 1st - 7th October 2008

To participate in the exhibition, please follow the following procedures:

• Label at the back of your painting with:
  Artist's name, title of the painting, telephone number and price
• Drop your paintings off at Will’s Quills, upstairs, between 25th - 27th September
• Fill in a yellow entry form in envelope near the photocopier
• Stick the yellow form on the outside of the painting(s)

Parramatta Art Show

17th - 24th October, opening night will be Tuesday 21st October @ 7.00pm
Our new member Joe Ling has offered to do the delivery and pick up runs. If you are interested in participating, please follow the following procedures:

• Send in the entry form, deadline 3rd October 2008
• Bring your paintings to our next meeting on Saturday the 4th October 2008
• Pay $5.00 (Five) per painting for the cost of the courier to Evelyne.

The joint exhibition between the ACPS and the Australian Oriental Calligraphy Society will take place from 6th – 18th November 2008
