Our next meeting will take place on:
Saturday 6th October at 2007 at 2.30pm at Will's Quills

Committee meeting at 2:15 all members are invited.

Please be informed that our Treasurer, Maggie de Courcy, has since resigned due to ill health - we are looking for a new Treasurer.

The following motion was put at the AGM: that there be a limit of 5 years for persons holding office, excluding President and Vice President. 7 for the motion; 7 against.
We are asking ALL members their opinion.

Preparations, ideas, help for the CD exhibition under the guidance of Andrew Lo - the society would like EVERYBODY to take part with one or preferably several artworks - empty CD cases available at 50 cents a piece.

Items of Interest

  • A last reminder to all those, who have not yet paid the annual membership fees ($40.00) please send your cheque to the Secretary ACPS, 5 Mulley Place, Belrose NSW 2085
    Deadline for payment will be our December meeting
  • Bring paintings for "Show and Tell"
  • Any ideas/suggestions on topics for demonstrations for next year?
  • A big "Thanks" to Helen Wallace for donating a painting on a scroll for the raffle, which was won by Carole Burns.
  • A big "Thanks" to Barbara Markovitch for donating hooks to be used to hang the pictures for our "Show and Tell".
  • Peter Leung has been nominated to look after the Show and Tell
  • The society has decided not to hold a Liverpool Hospital Exhibition due to the declining interest from the members.
